RETURN & REFUND POLICY
14-Day Returns
You may request a return within 14 calendar days after receiving your item, including if you change your mind or ordered the wrong item. Please send the goods back within 14 calendar days after notifying us of your decision to return.
This period does not limit your statutory rights concerning faulty, damaged, or incorrectly described goods.
How to Request a Return
Email zm904667244@gmail.com with your order number or other proof of purchase and details of the items you wish to return. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please include photographs where possible to help us investigate.
Please contact us before shipping so we can provide return instructions. Exercising a statutory right of withdrawal does not depend on our prior approval.

Returns must be shipped to China, not to a local warehouse in your country.
Return Shipping and Costs
Customers arrange return shipping with a carrier of their choice. We do not provide prepaid return labels. Please retain proof of postage; tracked shipping is recommended.
For change-of-mind returns or items ordered incorrectly by the customer, the customer pays the direct return shipping costs, including international postage to China.
If an item is defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrectly supplied by us, we cover reasonable return shipping costs. Please contact us to coordinate a suitable shipping method and keep the postage receipt so we can reimburse you.
Condition of Returned Items
Please return all included parts and accessories and use the original packaging where reasonably possible. Pack the goods securely.
You may inspect goods as you would in a shop. Where permitted by law, we may deduct an amount reflecting a reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the goods’ nature, characteristics, and functioning. This may include cutting or gluing table tennis rubbers, modifying blades, or using equipment for play beyond reasonable inspection.
Sale items are subject to the same return rules as full-price items.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please contact us promptly if your item arrives damaged, is defective, or differs from what you ordered. We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy, such as repair, replacement, or refund, in accordance with applicable consumer law.
The 14-day change-of-mind period does not replace or shorten your statutory rights for these issues.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. For change-of-mind cancellations, we will refund you without undue delay and within 14 calendar days after receiving your cancellation notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.
We refund the amount paid for returned goods, subject only to deductions permitted by law. For a full-order cancellation, any standard outbound delivery charge paid will also be refunded. Additional charges for an upgraded delivery service are not refundable beyond the standard delivery cost. We do not deduct an outbound shipping charge for orders originally shipped free.
We do not charge a restocking fee. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the refund.
Exchanges
Please contact us if you would like a different item. We can guide you through returning the original item and placing a new order.
UK and EU Consumer Rights
For eligible online purchases, UK and EU consumers may withdraw within 14 calendar days after delivery without giving a reason and have a further 14 calendar days after notifying us to send the goods back.
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law. Any more favourable return commitment made when you placed your order will continue to apply to that order.
