Shipping Origin
All orders are shipped from Shenzhen, China.
Order Processing
Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 1–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.
Our daily order cutoff time is 17:00 China Standard Time (GMT+8). Orders placed after this time, on Sundays, or on public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Estimated Transit Times
After dispatch, estimated transit times are:
• United States: 6–12 business days.
• United Kingdom: 6–10 business days.
• European Union: 6–10 business days.
These transit times do not include order processing. Estimated total delivery times, including processing, are 7–17 business days for the United States and 7–15 business days for the United Kingdom and European Union.
Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed dates. Customs processing, public holidays, weather, or carrier disruptions may cause delays.
Shipping Fees
We offer free shipping to the United States, United Kingdom, and European Union. No additional shipping fee is charged for orders to these destinations.
Taxes and Import Duties
For orders shipped to the destinations listed above, applicable taxes and import duties are included in the checkout total and covered by us. Customers should not be required to pay additional import taxes or duties upon delivery. If a carrier or customs authority requests an additional payment, please contact us for assistance.
